- Sleep comparison:
- Before STS: Would toss and turn for sometimes hours, getting up several times (5-7 times) during the night to go to the washroom; and, if I woke up during the night it would take 2 - 3 hours to get back to sleep.
- After STS: Now I Fall asleep almost right away and wake up a maximum of 1 time to use the washroom with no issues getting back to sleep.
- Toenail Fungus on a scale from 1 - 10, 10 being the absolute worse:
- Before STS: A definite rating of 10. I was embarrassed to take my socks off. My toenails were pretty much numb and I could easily cut the nail off without any pain or feeling at all.
- After STS: Rating 2 - 3. If you look closely, one could say there is still an issue with the toenails, but compared to pre-STS therapy, there has been a massive amount of recovery. All the toenails are now smooth and I see improvements on almost a daily basis.
- Nerve/Circulation issues:
- Before STS: Both my feet were very cold to the touch and the right outer edge of my right foot dropped inwards and downwards towards the floor. My toes (especially on the right side) were beginning to curl downward.
- After STS: The difference in my feet is remarkable. Almost 1 month after treatment my feet felt more normal, temperature wise and in general. 3 months into the treatment feeling is returning to new parts of the feet on a weekly basis, my toes have straightened back out and the angle of the feet has greatly improved.
- My on times are much much stronger.
- My voice has become stronger.
- The strength and fluidity in my on stage performance is much stronger and is visually apparent (very noticeable at my last show)
